I have always found over the years that many people from all walks of life have said things to me such as “I have never told anyone this before” or “I can’t believe I have shared that with you.”

After hearing this many times along with my genuine fascination of people and their stories, did I then decide to pursue a career in therapy.

I believe in the power of therapy/counselling and the good it can do, starting with the Therapeutic Relationship (the relationship between me and you) which I believe plays a vital role in you moving forward, as this is the foundation that we will build from.

I am qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor in Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT modalities - which means that we can use the best part of these modalities (where appropriate) when working together.

Alongside this, I have completed additional training in areas such as Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), issues around relationships, grief and loss amongst others, that I would incorporate into the sessions (if relevant).

I am also qualified and have a certificate in Couples Therapy.
