Journals

Many times during sessions, I discuss journaling with clients for any number of reasons of which all are individual to the client. However, sometimes you may not know where to start when it comes to journaling, here are some examples below:
Standard Journal - no prompts here, just something for you get started, with regards to your day, feelings, etc.
Self-Care Journal - with some additional prompts, to help get you started.
Happy Self Journal - starts with different questions about yourself, as you are exploring who you are, then has different prompts to help you think about different things.
Big Life Journal - again with some additional prompts and deeper exercises to really get you thinking in between counselling sessions.
